Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Data Management Analyst responsible for the structured collection, validation, and maintenance of institutional and course data within internal systems. The role is critical in ensuring high data accuracy, completeness, and reliability for internal stakeholders and external platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent data accuracy skills, and the ability to interpret information from university websites and official sources and convert it into structured, system-ready datasets. The position focuses heavily on data validation, exception handling, refresh cycles, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain institutional and course data in compliance with defined data governance standards and data quality guidelines.

- Execute scheduled data refresh cycles for assigned institutions and destinations.

- Perform rigorous data validation checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to publishing.

- Investigate and resolve system-generated data quality exceptions.

- Conduct data reconciliation activities to identify and correct missing, outdated, or inconsistent records.





- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

- Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives related to data maintenance.

- Work closely with Implementation and Program Management teams to transition new projects into operational workflows.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred).

- 1+ year of experience in data management, data entry, MIS, or secondary research.

- Experience working in target-driven and deadline-oriented environments is preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Filters, etc.)

- Working knowledge of data validation and reconciliation techniques

- Familiarity with ServiceNow or any incident management/ticketing tool is a plus (Positive to have)

- Basic understanding of CRM systems or data management platforms is an advantage
