Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding to ensure a smooth workforce planning process.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee retention rates through recognition programs and performance management initiatives.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., surveys) to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee satisfaction and overall organizational performance.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, reporting, and analytics principles.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
