Job Description Salesforce lead/ Architect
We are hiring an experienced Salesforce lead /Architect Workflow Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and modern AI-assisted engineering tools. The ideal candidate should be highly self-sufficient, capable of working with minimal guidance, and able to contribute significantly to system design, architecture decisions, and development best practices.
Role: Salesforce Architect / Workflow Developer
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Remote
Shift Timing: UK Shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST)
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Work extensively on Salesforce workflows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
Contribute to overall system architecture, technical design, and solution strategy.
Develop reusable, high-quality, and scalable code following Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
Perform code reviews, technical assessments, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and similar platforms to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Participate in architecture discussions and recommend process improvements and optimization strategies.

Strong hands-on experience in:





Salesforce Workflow Development

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations)

Experience in Salesforce architecture and system design.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

Experience working with AI coding/tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.

Ability to work independently with limited context and drive technical solutions end-to-end.

Secondary Skills

Strong code review and technical assessment capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications such as:

Salesforce Platform Developer

Application Architect

System Architect

Salesforce Technical Architect (preferred)

Experience handling enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and version control tools.
