Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations in the auto components industry.
- Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Coordinate recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding recent employees, including interview scheduling and candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel files, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in HR Compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for the auto components industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective conflict resolution and employee engagement.
