- Own the region's P&L; and answer for it to the RCPL Business Head.
- Take daily reporting from all PC Managers and hold every centre to standard.
- Manage the regional team across packing centres, mandis and logistics.
- Hit the region's daily volume and margin targets.
- Startegise how to manage SKUs and packing centres, and how to run them more efficiently.
- Set the growth agenda which markets to target and how to scale up.
- Solve errors and problems as they arise, and keep questioning the system to make it better.
- Keep the operation transparent, accurate and well-run.
- Report daily.
