Job Description

We are looking for a energetic Utility Maintenance Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and compliance with GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain utility systems, including compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, cooling towers, water plants, BMS, EMS, and power house equipment.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of utility equipment and ensure continuous availability.
- Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain daily logs, maintenance records, and utility consumption reports.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams for utility-related activities.
- Participate in qualification and validation activities of utility equipment. Monitor utility parameters and ensure adherence to operational standards.
