Command center experience.

ITSM process and procedures

Good understanding in ITIL framework

- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to drive governance and controls, collaborate with cross functional teams across enterprise.
- Good Understanding of Monitoring Tools & alerts Monitoring Process and Management (Example: Solarwinds, Datadog, etc)
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and application environment and significance of the technology stack.
- Positive understanding and hands on experience in Certificate management(Internal & External) and renewal process
- Good analytical skills to understand data patterns, trends and create a plan for continuous improvement
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
- Hands-on Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow,
- Experience in creating Reports, dashboards
- Good knowledge and experience in ITIL framework and ITSM process & Procedures
- Major Incident Management/Incident management
- Change management
- Problem Management
- Knowledge Management
- Continuous Service Improvement

- ITIL Certification
