Role & responsibilities

- Statutory Compliance & Labor Management: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, including PF, ESIC, minimum wages, and safety regulations. Manage the Compliance and Labor Management System (CLMS) and handle audits or government inspections.

- Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER): Maintain workplace harmony, handle disciplinary procedures, and manage in office grievances or union-related matters.

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Conduct local manpower planning, source local talent, and drive orientation and onboarding processes

- Payroll & Perks Administration: Gather inputs for in office payroll, manage contractor payments, and address employee claims or benefit discrepancies.

- Performance Management & Training: Administer performance appraisals, identify training gaps, and execute on-site skill development and safety training.

- Employee Engagement: Build workplace culture through team-building activities, rewards programs, and addressing employee well-being.
