We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Repair Technician specializing in electronic circuit boards for industrial and domestic sewing machines. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic control panels, motor drives, and power supply boards for various sewing machine brands (e.g., Juki, Brother, Singer, Pegasus, Pfaff).

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Inspect and test malfunctioning sewing machine PCBs, control boxes, and digital display panels using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.
- Component-Level Repair: Perform precision micro-soldering and desoldering of surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, transistors, diodes, and microcontrollers).
- Testing & Quality Control: Rigorously test repaired circuit boards under simulated or actual operating loads to ensure reliability and performance before returning them to service.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacement parts used, and diagnostic findings for inventory and client reporting.
- Preventive Maintenance:



Provide technical advice on common electronic failures and best practices for preventing board damage caused by power surges, dust, or wear and tear.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum [13+ years] of hands-on experience in electronics repair, specifically with industrial sewing machine electronics, CNC controllers, or similar motor-drive circuit boards.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in reading electronic schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Expert-level micro-soldering skills (Rework station, hot air gun).
- Strong working knowledge of testing equipment (Multimeter, oscilloscope, ESR meter).

- Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree or certification in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
