BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business
opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic
partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Develop customized proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for
expansion.




Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and reporting to management.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance brand presence.

Requirements & Skills :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5 years of proven experience in business development and sales(experience in events
industry is preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
