The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing and packaging, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Assist in planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient use of resources.

- Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.

- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory management and shipping details.

Job Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.

- Proven experience in manufacturing and packaging, preferably in the pharma, biologics, or medical device industry.

- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications used in manufacturing and packaging operations.
