About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives / Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through the admission process and drive enrollments. The ideal candidate should have experience in educational sales, student counseling, or admissions and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Education Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in EdTech, Educational Institutes, Universities, Colleges, Coaching Institutes, or Training Organizations.
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days.
- Age up to 30 years.
