Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1-4 years of field sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding market presence, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits and market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present products and services to prospective customers and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.




- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and market development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in field sales/business development.
- Experience in FMCG, retail sales, or channel sales is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and meeting customers daily.
- Strong desire to build a career in sales and business development.
