Roles and Responsibilities •

- To handle the morning process like Uploading BOD files on Ctcl, platforms like Scrip Master, Ledger, Holding and Position files etc. and ensure 100% accuracy before going live.
- Risk assessment and implementation of various check points in place to manage CTCL order routing.
- Implementation of SEBI circulars concerned with RMS as per the given deadlines.
- Proper limit allocation based on available balances in clients account to avoid margin shortfall penalties and MTM shortages.
- Read exchange circulars to keep you updated about all the relevant information about the stock broking industry and proposed changes (If any).
- Optimum Limit in various groups as per predefined Rms policies & Live market surveillance of all segments.
- Handle departmental mail id and to respond timely on tickets raised by other team members or support desks.
- Support the technology team for live issues & new development.
- Handle client queries and order rejections during live sessions. Ensure timely submission of surveillance alerts as per exchange guidelines like heavy percent stake in single scrip, Disproportionate trading vs reported income.




- Trade surveillance to check trading patterns and awareness of clients in the FNO segment. Timely closure of critical and general issues in trading and back- office software.
- Solving market and software related queries of Dealers, Sub-brokers and Sales teams. Handle incoming calls during live session concerned with order rejection or any other query supposed to be raised by the branches and Ap's.
- Handle mail communications with all these entities. Timely solution of queries raised by the technology team for product development and other enhancements on the Live and UAT server.
- Manage CTCL's BOD process to ensure proper order routing on all trading platforms.
- Coordination with Back office and front office Vendors along with timely support to our Branches and Ap's

Exp: 6 months to 3 years

Graduate or Masters

Solid knowledge of Share Market

Risk Identification and Analytical Skill
