- Timely reviewing all collection & disbursal accounts reconciliation.
- Monitoring all the daily activities performed by the team like bank statement upload, CMS upload, etc. and ensuring its accuracy.
- Ensuring daily reconciliation and monthly reconciliation submission within 5 days of closure of the previous month.
- Ensuring all the open items are closely monitored and resolved within the TAT.
- Consistently reviewing the BRS process to reduce dependency and risk of manual errors, understanding the scope of automation and driving the same for implementation.
- Recon ageing to be achieved-NIL pending for > 5 days and ensure proper follow up including escalations for closure of pending items.
- Rigorously following up with respective teams / department and escalating issues for quicker resolution.




- Actively participating in a meeting for any current/upcoming mode of collection or a product. Ensuring all the requirements of BRS is covered from the inception.
- Coordinating with the Auditor for resolving audit queries and providing the data requested by them.
- Authorising SAP entries posted by the team and ensuring its accuracy.
- Supporting peers in pressure situations. Providing suggestion and taking initiatives in team building activities.
