Role - SAP PLM Strategic Leader

Experience - 12- 16 years

Location - PAN India

Must-Have**

Good knowledge and hands on experience in SAP PLM (concepts and configuration DMS, ECM/ER/CR, Master data Objects- Material, BOM, Routings, PV, WC, DIRs, Specification Management, Recipe Development, Label Sets etc

Deep Knowledge and experience on PLMWUI Applications ECM/ER/CR, PSM, ACC, GSS, SAP PLM RD (Specification, Recipe and Label Sets), DMS

Knowledge of NPD/NPI Process

Knowledge on various Integration with SAP/Non-SAP

Deep Knowledge on varius data migration methodology

Experience in IPD(Intelligent Product Design) will be a PLUS

Valuable to Have

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with Debugging in ABAP, WebDynPro, various FIORI Apps

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**

Work as a lead / mentor / guide in E2E PLM (SAP PLM) transformation engagements in Process and Discrete industry





Translates business requirements and objectives into PLM solution using different capabilities provided by tool.

Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.

Ability to identify and develop the solutions that can help customers to gain major business value

Mentoring the solution architects, developer and project leads in 3DX area and provide guidance and review support-

Ability to develop Program plan using agile based implementation approach for large engagements

Ability to perform consulting and due diligence for understanding customer situation and provide guidance and translating it into viable project

Understanding of hosting SAP PLM on cloud and experience in handling different cases like performance, security and cost optimization

Deep Knowledge and experience on PLMWUI Applications ECM/ER/CR, PSM, ACC, GSS, SAP PLM RD (Specification, Recipe and Label Sets)
