We are looking for a Multi-Technician to join our maintenance team. The candidate should be able to handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, painting, and basic carpentry. Experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general MEP works.
- Perform civil repairs, painting, and basic carpentry.
- Attend maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain hospital utility systems such as A/C, generator, STP, medical gas, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and as per hospital standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and report faults or safety issues.
- Coordinate with external service providers when required.
- Work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
- ITI (Any specilization)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
