Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CASA Officer to acquire and manage Current Account & Savings Account customers, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers through field sales and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets.
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, Insurance, Loans, and Mutual Funds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits.





Required Skills:

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
