Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.
- Credit appraisal for Business Loans & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location.
- Keeping delinquency under control.
- Compliance of policy and processes.
- Reporting of location metrics such as Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on a monthly basis as per prescribed format.
- Market research and feedback for current product launch.
- Provide feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
