Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for the business development in Home loan and LAP
To prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals through marketing activities.
To drive the frontline employees towards achieving monthly target.
Instrumental in augmenting sales target from 1 Cr to 5 Cr per month for Housing Services and LAP
Check and verify the leads generated through the Personal discussion, Property verification and Business verification
Based on the field visit and document verification recommend the leads to Branch Credit Manager.
Co-ordination between customer & branch officials for sanction & documentation
Handled DSA channels & pre-approved
Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents.



Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned hub and ensuring retention of employees. places.

Job Requirements:
Education Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation
2+ years and above in HL , LAP experience
