Role & responsibilities
- Hardware Support: Assemble, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Manage technology inventory and asset tracking.
- Software Management: Install, patch, and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Incident Management: Diagnose reported IT issues via remote-access tools or in-person walk-ups, tracking all requests through enterprise ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- User Administration: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets via directory services like Active Directory.
- Network Connectivity: Resolve issues related to Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, and general internet drops.
