- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.

- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.

- Handling both OPD & IPD operations

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital management.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).

- Robust understanding of NABH guidelines and regulations; ability to manage complex projects related to accreditation processes.
