Roles and Responsibility

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with quality control processes and tools is an asset.
