We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in the International sector. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience and be based in TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in an international BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Solid knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience with performance management tools and software.
