Stakeholder Management

1. Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, and Business Heads to align incentives with strategy
2. Communicate scheme changes clearly to all affected employees

Continuous Improvement

1. Review schemes quarterly to assess impact on behaviour and revenue
2. Propose modifications when schemes no longer drive the desired outcomes
