We are looking for an experienced and energetic Asst. Manager/Manager- Import & Export (Air/Sea) to lead and manage end-to-end logistics Freight Forwarding operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Air & Sea)
- Manage and supervise the operations team effectively
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies
- Coordinate with overseas agents and partners
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, and transport vendors
- Handle customer queries and ensure high service levels
- Coordinate with shipping lines and airlines for bookings and documentation
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Support and drive sales activities and business development




- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Pricing and Costing
- Expertise in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea)
- Experience in Overseas Coordination
- Proven ability in Team Handling and Leadership
- Excellent Customer Coordination & Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Shipping Line,Air Lines and Transport Coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills
