- Assist the sales team in the development of accounts, including technical and feasibility meetings.
- Conduct customer presentations and seminars on products.
- Support sales in marketing new products and applications through technical seminars and

demonstrations.

- Provide expert guidance on laboratory and experimental design, workflow best practices at customer

sites.

- Conduct in office or remote training sessions for customers on NGS, library preparation, and related

products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to NGS applications.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and troubleshooting steps.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, whitepapers, and application workflows.
- Communicate technical product updates to customers and sales teams to ensure success and

satisfaction.

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of scientific trends, competitor products,



and new technologies.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genomics, Biomedical Sciences, or related

fields.

- 3-5 years of experience in Next-Generation Sequencing, molecular biology workflows, or related

applications.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology or genomics techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Experience in delivering customer trainings, seminars, or technical demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, trainings, and demonstrations.
