We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in IT Recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, interview teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements
