Looking to onboard a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

Roles and Responsibility

- Analyze internal financial information, including profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and rates of return.
- Conduct analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations, such as inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
- Develop financial models to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
- Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities within the team.
- Deliver input to policies, processes, and standards, where decisions are tactical and operational within a defined scope.




- Manage a mixed team of specialists and support roles, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with financial software and systems, including Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Educational qualifications: B.Com or M.Com degree; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
