RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Preventive and Predictive maintenance of all electrical equipment of Paper machine electrical & automation equipment.

2. Condition monitoring & Thermography of all electrical equipment.

3. Shift Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Paper machine & Process plant equipment's.

4. Maintenance of ISO / Energy management systems.

5. Electrical safety & LOTO systems.

6. Spares management.

7. To keep availability & reliability of equipment

8. Self-Development

9. Development of subordinates

10. Coordination with cross functional teams

11. Documentation and reports

12. Preparation of daily & monthly reports and updating and monitoring the status.

13. Exploring the means and ways for cost reduction and implementation.

14. Monitoring and controlling the consumption of energy.

15. Planning and execution of routine jobs in Electrical maintenance

16. Daily job allocation to electricians and electrical contractors.

Monitoring preventive maintenance activities of all electrical equipments in the plants

18. Indenting, follow-up and inspection of material.

19. Provide on the job training, discuss with superiors

20. Preparing & follow up SOPs and updating regularly.

21. Daily checking of logbooks of Electrical department.

22. Compliance of audit points as per requirement.

23. Monthly reporting mentioning all key performance indicators.

24. Coordination with safety department for conducting safety training & Compliances.

25. Supervision of major & minor break downs.

Should have at around 6 to 10 years of experience in any paper machine or process manufacturing plant in the area of Process plants / Paper mills electrical maintenance. Role & responsibilities
