Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Solid understanding of workforce advisory concepts with the ability to apply consulting frameworks to business and HR challenges. Proficient in analyzing workforce data and operational metrics to identify productivity improvement opportunities. Experienced in supporting shopfloor productivity assessments through structured data gathering and process analysis. Ability to translate workforce and operational insights into actionable recommendations for efficiency improvement. Skilled in developing fact-based solutions aligned to client objectives within a consulting environment.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
- Master of Technology in Civil Engineering

Experience

- Project Management (6+ years)
