Job Description
We are looking for a energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Manager to join our Industrial B2B Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the Industrial B2B segment.
- Visit customers regularly to promote industrial products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
