Job Title: Network LAN & WLAN L1/L2 SME (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 TO 8 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

CCNA Certified

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain Cisco/Aruba/Juniper switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Resolve L1/L2 incidents related to routing, switching, VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS, WLAN, and network connectivity.
- Perform device health checks, firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and change implementation.
- Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and support RCA documentation.




- Coordinate with field engineers, ISPs, and vendors during incidents and deployments.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Aruba wireless solutions.
- Routing & Switching: VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP (basic to intermediate), HSRP, EtherChannel.
- WLAN: WLC, Access Points, SSID, 802.1X, RF troubleshooting.
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, QoS.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, or ManageEngine.
- CCNA required; CCNP preferred.
