Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Frontend Developer who is passionate about building modern web applications using JavaScript and React.js. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of frontend development fundamentals and be eager to learn enterprise application development, API integrations, and business workflows.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on ERP, CRM, and Inventory Management applications while collaborating with experienced developers and gaining exposure to real-world business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
- Integrate REST APIs and display data efficiently within the application.
- Implement frontend validations and business logic based on functional requirements.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain clean code.
- Manage application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit.
- Debug and resolve frontend issues.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs effectively.
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve coding standards.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js
- Understanding of Redux or Redux Toolkit
- HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
- Basic understanding of REST APIs




- Experience using Axios or Fetch API
- Basic form validations
- Familiarity with React Router

Additional Skills

- Basic understanding of Node.js concepts.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Understanding of JSON and API request/response structures.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge or academic/project experience in any of the following will have an added advantage:

- ERP or CRM projects
- Authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
