About the Role Leafy Wheels is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers handling inbound inquiries, booking appointments, and following up to ensure every customer has a smooth, satisfying experience with our car detailing services. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and helping a growing business build strong customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about car detailing, wash, or grooming services
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm bookings, and remind customers of scheduled appointments
- Explain service packages, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with the service team




- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and bookings in [CRM/Excel/system used]
- Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Meet daily/weekly call and booking targets

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi / English]
- Friendly, patient, and persuasive phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in automobile, service industry, or telecalling is a plus

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Days: 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday

Shift Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM
