Role Responsibilities

- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility

- Prior recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Access to a laptop/mobile and a stable internet connection.

Compensation

- 100% Commission-Based Role There is no fixed monthly salary.
- Recruiters earn commission on successful candidate placements.




- A candidate becomes eligible after completing 90 days with the client.
- Commission is released within 15 days after the candidate becomes eligible.
