Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) concepts.
- Experience in cloud-based technologies like HRSD systems.
