We are currently hiring for an Application Support Engineer (L1) role with VLink India Pvt. Ltd., supporting our client Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs.

Please find the requirements below:

- 2+ years of experience in Application/Production Support, NOC, SRE, or Infrastructure Support
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Route 53, and CloudWatch
- Good understanding of Linux fundamentals and system administration
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, Alertmanager, and ELK Stack
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Experience with incident management and tracking tools such as Jira, Wiki, PagerDuty, and Zenduty
- Basic understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Maven, and Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Git
- Knowledge of scripting using Bash and/or Python




- Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
- Experience monitoring application and infrastructure alerts and handling production incidents
- Ability to coordinate with Incident Managers, Engineering, Platform, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Experience ensuring timely incident closure, documentation, and smooth shift handovers
- Exposure to the TV/Broadband domain is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Shift Details (24*7/ Rotational):

- General Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
