Role- Engineering Lead

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to own the technical delivery and evolution of our enterprise insurance platform. This role combines hands-on software engineering,

technical leadership, client engagement, and people management to ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements, client implementations, and production support. Working closely with Engineering team and customers, you will provide technical direction, mentor engineering teams, drive engineering excellence, and modernize the platform through cloud technologies and AI-enabled development practices.

What Youll Do:

- Lead the design, development, enhancement, implementation, and support of our .NET-based enterprise insurance platform, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Own the technical delivery of product enhancements, client implementations, integrations, and production support while partnering closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to

deliver successful business outcomes.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership through solution design, architecture reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Drive engineering best practices across software development, testing, CI/CD, release management, source control (Git), Azure DevOps, and secure software engineering practices.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native technologies to improve application reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude,Cursor, Azure OpenAI,



and other modern AI technologies to improve developer productivity, code

quality, and engineering efficiency.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

What Youll Bring:

- 10-15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years leading engineering teams in enterprise product environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, REST APIs, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise applications, client implementations, production support, cloud-based solutions, and system integrations using modern software engineering practices.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, design patterns, database optimization, application security, performance engineering, and cloud-native application development.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for mentoring teams and leveraging AI to accelerate software delivery and innovation.
