Role & responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end recruitment and manpower
planning for the location
* Lead training and development (T&D;) plans across
functions
* Own performance management system (PMS) -
goal setting, appraisals and cycles
* Drive the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification
project (
Lead employee engagement and other HR
improvement projects
Build and present HR MIS, dashboards and project
trackers to leadership
Preferred candidate profile
* MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a
recognized institute
* Solid background in recruitment, T&D;, PMS and engagement projects
* Experience driving GPTW or similar culture-building
initiatives
* Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as
HROne, Darwinbox, etc.
* Strong stakeholder management and
communication skills
* Note: this role does not cover IR / industrial
relations - candidates with a purely IR background
