- Follow the safety norms of the company and contribute in improving the standards.
- Inspection of newly installed equipment, testing and acceptance procedures.
- Ensures that RMQC, RTGC and other cargo handling equipments are in valuable operating condition before operation.
- Ensure substation and standby DG sets are always in good operating condition.
- Conducts workshop repairs of re-usable spare parts, maintain records, and return to stores for safekeeping.
- Monitor, record and calculate the power consumption of all equipments and maintain documentation.
- RCA for repetitive /major breakdowns and maintain documentation.
- Ensures the Execution of PM and CM work orders according to schedules.
- Ensures yard lighting / equipment lighting for proper illumination and timely operation/ maintain documentation of lux levels.
- Ensure, energy saving, cost savings measure is observed and initiated.
- Spare part planning, Monitoring, Indenting, Inspection and Technical confirmation of the spares.
