Key Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of experience* in hotel sales, business development, or hospitality marketing.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing hotel revenue.
Robust understanding of Revenue Management*, pricing strategies, market segmentation, and demand forecasting.
* Experience in handling Corporate, MICE, Travel Agents, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and Government business.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
* Well-versed in hotel sales reporting, competitor analysis and market intelligence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.
