Role & responsibilities

- Installation & Service: Execute in office setup, installation of fuel dispensers, electronic systems, or associated industrial retail equipment.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular preventive maintenance and quick breakdown troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime, Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and issue resolution
- Technical Support: Diagnose, fault-find, and service complex electronic, mechanical, and electrical subsystems on-site, Follow safety, quality, and company service protocols
- Customer Management: Maintain strong on-site relationship management with retail fuel outlet partners by completing jobs safely and timely.
- Reporting: Document service reports, root cause failure findings, and maintenance logs meticulously.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education (Mandatory):



ITI, Diploma, or Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering stream.
- Transport Asset: Must possess a functional 2-wheeler for daily regional commute.
- Legal Documentation: Must hold a valid Indian Driver's License.
- Travel Profile: High willingness to handle extensive local/on-field travel.
