Role & responsibilities Field Sales Role

- Achieve sales targets for assigned financial products.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain product and assist customers in choosing the right solution.
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Support customer documentation and loan processing activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the branch team to achieve business objectives.
- A two-wheeler is preferred for local travel.

This is a field-based sales role that provides hands-on exposure to customer acquisition, relationship management, and the end-to-end lending process.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for candidates who are:

Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Willing to build a career in Sales and Financial Services

Comfortable with field sales and local travel
