Develop current products based on customer requirements and market needs.

* Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

* Design product concepts and prepare engineering drawings or CAD models.

* Select appropriate raw materials and manufacturing processes.

* Coordinate prototype development and testing.

* Plan and conduct product validation and performance testing.

* Work with production to establish manufacturing methods and work instructions.

* Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), process flow charts, and technical documentation.

* Collaborate with purchasing to source new materials and components.

* Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

* Resolve technical issues during prototype and production stages.

* Implement design changes based on customer feedback or manufacturing requirements.

* Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Support customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

* Lead product launch activities and ensure a smooth transition to mass production.

* Drive continuous improvement of existing products and manufacturing processes
