About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) Loan Against Property to drive sales of small-ticket LAP loans to self-employed individuals, small business owners, and salaried customers. This is a field-based, target-driven role focused on sourcing new customers, evaluating property and income profiles at a basic level, and growing the loan book in the assigned territory.

Sales & Business Development

- Generate leads and source LAP cases through direct market visits, DSA/connector networks, and local references
- Build and maintain relationships with property dealers, chartered accountants, tax consultants, and local business associations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for the assigned territory
- Identify recent sourcing channels and expand market reach in untapped micro-markets

Customer Relationship Management

- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their loan requirement (business expansion, working capital, personal need, etc.)
- Explain loan products, eligibility,



and process clearly, including property and income requirements
- Guide customers through the complete loan journey application, documentation, valuation, legal check, and disbursement
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business, top-up loans, and referrals

Allied Activities

- Collect KYC, income proof, and property documents from customers
- Conduct preliminary checks on property location, ownership, and business/income profile before login
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical (valuation), and operations teams for smooth case processing
- Support customers in resolving basic documentation gaps and queries during processing
- Support in early follow-ups and collections coordination, if needed
- Track local property market trends, competitor rates, and customer segments in the territory
