Mandates As per JD below Experience – 5+ years in OFSAA implementation and support CTC – Please confirm Notice Period – Immediate to 15 days Location – Bangalore & onsite Interview: Virtual Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled OFSAA Technical Consultant with strong experience in implementing and supporting FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), and ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications, data modeling, PL/SQL, and performance tuning, with the ability to liaise with business and functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation and customization of OFSAA modules: FCCM, EPM, and ERM Develop and maintain data integration processes, ETL workflows, and batch jobs. Design and develop data models and data mappings based on business requirements. Perform performance tuning and optimization of OFSAA applications.



Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Manage environment setup, patching, and upgrades of OFSAA applications. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and provide support for application maintenance. Participate in UAT support, go-live activities, and post-implementation reviews. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA Suite, specifically in FCCM, EPM, and ERM. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and performance tuning. Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and/or other ETL tools. Knowledge of OFSAA metadata management, Data Foundation, and Application Configuration. Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting. Experience in banking and financial domain is a strong plus. Valuable understanding of risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., Basel II/III, AML, KYC).
