Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Accounts Manager to support the Accounts department by managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a Manufacturing or Trading company and be capable of independently handling accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Supervise and guide the Accounts team.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Verify purchase, sales, journal, and payment entries.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor cash flow and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain accounting records as per company policies.




- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BAF.
- Experience: 7–12 years in Accounts & Finance.
- Industry: Manufacturing or Trading experience is mandatory.
- Experience in handling a team of 3–8 members.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounts Finalization, AP, AR, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
