As part of this Sales Velocity Technical Architect job, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and end-to-end solutions. You will take ownership of designing well-structured, object-oriented code, validating technical approaches, and presenting proposals to clients in a compelling and consultative manner.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide strategic technical guidance and consulting to client teams, ensuring proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and successfully implemented.
- Take ownership of designing and developing clean, well-structured, object-oriented code for enterprise-grade, high-performance applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams to plan, deliver, and enhance features while maintaining architectural consistency.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment, address challenges, and drive project success.




- Lead the implementation of new features and improvements to solve complex system challenges, optimize performance, and enhance user experience.
- Review and validate technical approaches, ensuring best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements are met.
- Present technical proposals and architectural recommendations to clients in a clear, persuasive, and consultative manner.
- Mentor and support development teams, fostering knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices, and continuous improvement.

Skills Required

- A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (a Master s degree is an added advantage).
- 10 12 years of experience in digital transformation or full-stack development with a robust technical background.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid backend development experience using Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with server-side frameworks such as Spring or Express.js.
- Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs for building scalable, efficient applications.




- Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaboration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including serverless architecture concepts.
- Experience with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong awareness of web application security best practices.
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies is an added advantage.
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
- Professional Experience
- Proven track record in building and delivering end-to-end applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Background in large-scale data processing, real-time systems, or Big Data technologies is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and technical documentation.
- Experience in architecting, designing, and maintaining scalable, resilient systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Adaptability and eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies.
