QC (HPLC, GC, PM, FG, Stability) Roles & Responsibilities

- Analysis of PM, FG, and Stability samples.
- Handle HPLC instrumentation independently.
- Operate HPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus.
- Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and mobile phases.
- Perform assay, dissolution, and related substance testing.
- Carry out calibration and maintenance of instruments.
- Maintain GMP/GLP documentation and logbooks.
- Review chromatograms and analytical data.
- Support stability study sample analysis.
- Participate in OOS/OOT investigations and CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA and Production departments.
- Follow laboratory safety and housekeeping practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good knowledge of HPLC, GC, Dissolution, PM, FG, and Stability analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP and data integrity practices.
- Positive documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle laboratory instruments independently.
- Team-oriented with attention to quality and compliance.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain laboratory discipline.
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related science discipline.
